MEDFORD — Funeral services were held on Thursday, Aug. 3, 2017, at Witty’s Funeral Home in Orange for Hilda E. (Kolka) Campbell, 94, of Hadley Street, Medford, and formerly of Warwick, who died at home in Medford on July 27.
The Rev. Dan Dibble of the Metcalf Chapel in Warwick officiated and words of remembrance were offered by the family. Interment followed in Warwick Center Cemetery. The bearers were Jim Doherty, Eamonn Joyce, Eamonn F. Joyce, Demil Kovacevic, Larry Fisher and Jonathan Cole. Following the committal service, a reception was held in the Warwick Town Hall.
Witty’s Funeral Home, 158 South Main St., Orange, was honored with directing the arrangements.
MEDFORD — Hilda E. (Kolka) Campbell, 94, Medford formerly of Warwick, passed away peacefully at home on July 27.
Beloved wife of the late Frederick A.Campbell, Sr. and daughter of the late Rein and Katherine (Saul) Kolka.
Loving mother of Frederick Campbell and his wife Katherine of Port St. Lucie, Fla., Debra Doherty and her husband James of Melrose, and Nancy Joyce and her husband Eamonn of Medford; loving grandmother of Julie Tjgvad and her husband Christian of Vernon, Conn.; Alicyn Campbell of San Francisco, Calif., and Eamonn F. Joyce; and loving great grandmother of Christian F. Tjagvad. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Sister of the late John and Robert Kolka, Wilhelmina Egar and Katherine Magi.
Visiting hours at Witty’s Funeral Home on Aug. 3 from 10 to Noon followed by a service at noon at the funeral home.
Interment to follow at Warwick Center Cemetery, Warwick.
