Winifred H. Ledgard
ATHOL — A Mass of Christian Burial for Winifred H. Ledgard was held Monday, May 22, 2017, in Our Lady Immaculate Church, Athol. Rev. Edwin Montana, pastor of Our Lady, officiated.
The pall was placed on the casket by granddaughters Allison Bishop and Caroline Bishop. The readings were read by grandson Benjamin Ledgard and great-grandson Mike Kenniff. The Offertory Gifts were brought forth by great-granddaughters Madelyn and Samantha Kenniff. The organist was Terry Parker and the soloist was Liz Hume.
Burial followed in Gethsemane Cemetery. Bearers were Stephen Rabideau, Mark Rabideau, Patrick Rabideau, John Ledgard Jr., Ben Ledgard and Michael Kenniff.

ATHOL – Winifred H. (Bulman) Ledgard, 93 of Athol, passed away Friday, May 19, 2017 in Quabbin Valley Health Care, Athol.
Winnie was born on Oct. 12, 1923 in Athol to the late Fred Bulman and the late Blanche (Woodward) Bulman.
She has lived in Athol all her life, graduating from Athol High School with the Class of 1941. She attended Regis College. She was a communicant of Our Lady Immaculate Church, a member of the Athol Area YMCA and the Athol Golden Ages Club.
She was predeceased by her husband of 39 years, Edward J. Ledgard and her son John P. Ledgard.
She is survived by one son, Edward “Ted” Ledgard and his wife Mary of Athol, two daughters: Maryann Rabideau and her husband Steve of Athol, Janet Harris and her husband Fred of Roseville, Calif.; 10 grandchildren, Stephen Rabideau Jr., Mark Rabideau, Katie Bishop, Sarah Palumbo, Molly Rabideau, John Ledgard Jr., Tracy Kenniff, Jake Ledgard, Maggie Ledgard and Benjamin Ledgard; 12 great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, May 22, at 11 a.m. in Our Lady Immaculate Church, 192 School St., Athol. Burial will follow in Gethsemane Cemetery, Athol.
Calling hours will be held Monday from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the Fiske-Murphy & Mack Funeral Home, 110 New Athol Rd., Orange.
