ATHOL — Spring is the perfect time to embrace a new vision — your vision for your best life — by creating a vision board, said workshop instructor Robin Brzozowski in a press release. A vision board is a tool that brings clarity, provides incentive, documents goals, and gives constant inspiration for the journey.

There are many benefits of having a vision board to guide you. Welcome the season of new beginnings by making a personal vision board on Saturday, April 2, at 10 a.m. at the Athol Public Library. Brzozowski says, “We all deserve to live our best life — and we can. Creating a life you love requires a willingness to ask for what you want, believe that it will happen and receive all the things you truly desire.”

The workshop will give participants the space and time they need to get clear on their vision by exploring seven areas of life (spiritual, professional, educational, self-care, finances, associations / relationships and leisure). Through guided instruction, participants will be encouraged to let go of what’s in the way, connect with their dreams, and design a vision board that will attract their ideal outcomes. Dreams and the ability to believe that they will come true are supported with daily affirmations and expressions of gratitude.

All materials and instruction are provided. Participants are encouraged to bring images, printouts, quotes and sayings and magazines they are inspired by to help personalize their board. Registration is required, and space is limited. After registering, participants will receive a worksheet that they are encouraged to complete prior to the workshop.

The program is free and open to the public. Funding is provided in part by a grant from the Athol Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Mass. Cultural Council, a state agency, and the Friends of the Athol Public Library.
