2:10 a.m. – Caller on 911 reporting her upstairs neighbor is making noise pacing back and forth. Spoke with male subject in that apartment, he was advised of the complaint.
Tuesday, July 8
7:03 a.m. – Party reports an SUV was involved in a road rage incident. The female would hit the brakes and try to get the reporting party to hit her. Concerned she knows his truck and may do something at a later time. Documented if needed.
1:24 p.m. – Disturbance reported on Pequoig Avenue. Officers spoke with party involved who was very irate at this time. Party was given options and advised to calm down so as not to continue disturbing others.
Wednesday, July 9
10:25 a.m. – Ryder tractor trailer unit collided with the “Drive Thru” sign at Dunkin, damaging the pole and sign itself. Vehicle has visible damages along the left side of the trailer. No registration visible, unable to locate vehicle thus far.
10:28 a.m. – Caller requesting an officer for a keep the peace due to his tenants harassing contractors working on the building on South Main Street. Parties were advised to stop yelling at contractors because it was 10:30 in the morning. Contractors were advised to keep working.
Sunday, July 13
11:31 a.m. – Party from Winthrop Street calling about what his options are with property his ex has left at his house. Advised party of when property is considered abandoned. Reporting party stated he was going to move property into a safe shed out back.
1:44 p.m. – Female party would like to know her options with her ex putting her property out on the street on Winthrop Street. Male also called back and spoke to an officer. Advised male party ex-wife would be showing up with Athol Police Department to gather items.
Monday, July 14
2:09 p.m. – Party into the station to speak to an officer about two tenants burning his furniture. Spoke with the reporting party in the lobby, states ongoing issues with the two male parties at an address on Spring Street. Two nights ago they burned patio furniture that belonged to the reporting party. Reporting party looking for options. Options provided. Unknown how he wants to proceed at this time.
Tuesday, July 15
8:31 a.m. – Reporting party from School Street states her tires were slashed overnight and just found the slash marks when Dale’s starting towing the motor vehicle. Spoke with tow operator directly who will wait for police before removing the motor vehicle.
Friday, July 18
12:25 p.m. – Party in lobby advising his set of keys have been missing since July 5 and was inquiring if anyone has turned them in. Keys are described to have a Toyota key fob with four keys and a plastic key. Advised party police do not have the keys here but will contact him if located.
11:02 p.m. – Party from Main Street stated she heard something hit her window and it appears there are people outside who are throwing eggs at the house.
Saturday, July 19
12:42 a.m. – Caller from Walnut Street reporting a juvenile walking around the area with a backpack on. Reporting party stated she asked the juvenile if he was okay and he took off.
12:43 a.m. – Female party from Maple Street calling and stating her car had been stolen. Female called back and stated her mother had taken the car. Her mother is the registered owner and the car is in Wendell.
9:30 a.m. – Reporting party in lobby to report motor vehicles parked on Pequoig Avenue. Motor vehicles are from residence across the street. Legion has posted signs that say the parking lot is for members and Little League only. Reporting party has spoken with these parties prior to the signs going up. Officer located both owners on Exchange Street, vehicles will be moved.
Sunday, July 20
11:30 a.m. – Caller requesting her daughter and boyfriend be removed. Stated causing “chaos” and toxic. Reporting party was advised parties could not be removed as they lived there. Parties were advised not to speak to one another for the remainder of the day.
12:27 p.m. – Caller from Goddard Street reporting multiple windows shot with a BB gun. Spoke with the reporting party who indicated a broken window and three dents in the wood siding of the garage. Possibly by a slingshot used.
1:08 p.m. – Caller reporting a group of approximately 20 motorcycles heading uptown, multiple marked lanes violations. Reporting party stated his son just drove by the same group, one operator punched the son’s vehicle. Officers advised. Reporting party’s son called stating his side mirror is shattered from the motorcycle operator punching it.
Monday, July 21
9:53 a.m. – Caller requesting information in regards to obtaining a no trespass order for a male that has been staying with her. Reporting party having ongoing issues with a male party. Reporting party claims male doesn’t live there and wanted trespass options. Became upset and stated she was going to court.
2:42 p.m. – Party in the lobby looking to speak to an officer in regards to someone holding signs for money. Spoke with the reporting party. Wanted information to pass along to the party that is panhandling in the area.
Thursday, July 24
9:06 a.m. – Officer at Athol Savings Bank to assist with ATM, tan van with hatch open and several tools/storage containers in the back. Two male parties blocking the ATM as if working on it. Spoke with staff who do not have any knowledge of work being done on the ATM. Officer and staff spoke with both parties who report the are doing the signage on the ATM and there was confusion in the dates. ATM to be done later, parties packed up and sent on their way.
2:37 p.m. – Caller reporting an ATV and a dirt bike riding down the middle of the road. Riceville, Conant, New Sherborn Road area. Dirt bike rider has no helmet. Officer advised.
Sunday, July 27
12:49p.m. – Male party out front of business on Main Street watching the females and making comments. Silver truck with rack on top, older male, beard, wearing a cap. Vehicle gone on arrival.
Tuesday, July 29
6:28 a.m. – Female party reporting a vehicle parked facing the wrong way on Crescent Street. Parking ticket issued for wrong direction parking.
Wednesday, July 30
8:15 a.m. – Larceny reported on Exchange Street. Owner and employee built a brand new back door last week and saw locks and latches were broken off. Major machine stolen and a few things damaged inside.
