Athol, MA – Barbara Ferron, 73, of Athol, passed away at home in the loving care of her family on September 30th.
Barbara was a kind and generous spirit, whose primary joy in life was spending time with her family. She enjoyed bingo with her mother Ruth, and trips to Atlantic City with Ruth's friend Jackie. Most of all, she loved being with her grandchildren, nieces and nephews, who she adored.
Barbara is survived by her daughter Kena Richardson Wright, sister Nancy Ferron, niece Heather Ferron and 15 grand/great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Her daughter Trena died in 2012.
Please join us at upper Silver Lake cemetery in Athol for a graveside service on November 22nd at 11am, followed by a celebration of her life at the Boiler Room in Tully.
