The unbeaten streak for the Mahar girls soccer team continued after a 7-0 win against Smith Vocational, Friday in Orange.

Delaney Parker continued to score at a high level for the Senators (8-1), with four more goals and an assist. She has 21 goals on the season.

Tori Tenney and Amanda Calderon also had multiple points for Mahar with a goal and an assist each.

Lani DeDiego, Emma Currier, Mollie Burke and Jeanne Grutchfield also had assists.

Emma Savoy scored the final goal of the game for Mahar.

“Solid effort to complete a good week for us,” Mahar coach Chad Softic said. “We are continuing to get better and in shape for the stretch run.”

Athol 3, Greenfield 0 — Grace Dufour scored three goals as the Red Raiders won at home.

Emma Bacigalupo had two assists, while Aly Raymond added one. Jenna St. Cyr made three saves in the shutout.

Golf

Frontier Regional 24, Mahar 0 — The Senators struggled at Cherry Hill Golf Course.

Tucker Ninteau led the team with a 8-over 43 from the No. 1 position. Ninteau fell to Mikey Corduff, who shot a 3-under 32.
