I urge the residents of Northfield to vote for Bee Jacque for Selectboard in the upcoming election on Tuesday, May 5. Bee Jacque has been member of the Selectboard for the last six years with a stellar record of attendance and has also served as chair two times. She is an active and dedicated member and gives countless hours to her duties as a leader in Northfield. In additional to her Selectboard responsibilities, she regularly attends meetings of the Northfield Finance Committee, the Budget Sub-Committee for the schools, and the Franklin Regional Council of Governments where she serves on the Finance Committee and chairs the Executive Committee as well. As a member of the Selectboard she also serves as a Sewer Commissioner.
Bee has a hard-earned depth of knowledge of municipal issues, and she researches and analyzes town problems with the goal of developing economical and workable solutions. She is well acquainted with our legislative delegation at the state and federal levels and is well respected throughout Franklin County for her intelligent and thoughtful attention to regional issues affecting Northfield.
Bee is willing to serve the residents of Northfield for another term because of her sincere interest in the future of our town and its citizens. We are fortunate that she is interested in continuing as a member of the Selectboard and we will all benefit from her experience and her ability to work collaboratively with our residents and town employees.
