Bulletin Board: Multiple standouts at Shelburne Falls Bowling Alley this past week

Ryan Pease and Eli Willey rolled the high single (123) and triple (295) in Sunday Scotch Doubles at the Shelburne Falls Bowling Alley this past week.
Marilyn Wilson had the women’s high single (107) and triple (308) while Bud Kingsley had the men’s high single (130) and John Rodgers tallied the men’s high triple (331) in the Monday Mixed League.
In the Wednesday Mixed League, Wilson had the women’s high single (97) and triple (271) while Mike Beauregard rolled the men’s high single (109) and triple (303). Rachel Dodge had the women’s high single (120) and triple (311) in the Thursday Mixed Social League while Josh Slysz had the men’s high single (134) and triple (308).
John Richardson’s 15 points earned him first place while Sharon Rawson finished with 14 points to take second place in the Greenfield Elks Pitch League this past week.
Pete Quintana, Tim Wondoloski, Joe Charron, Bob Wondoloski and Roxanne Goulet tied for third with 13 points.
The Berkshire Highlands Pentathlon is returning to Charlemont in April.
The Pentathlon is scheduled to take place on April 1 at Berkshire East Mountain Resort. The race includes five events: a 4.5-mile trail run, an 18-mile bicycle road ride, a two-mile paddle, a two-mile adventure run and a two-mile adventure run and climb down the ski mountain. Participants can choose to complete the course as a team or solo.
Nearly 200 athletes participated last year, with 60 signed up for the 2023 event so far. There will be food and raffle prizes to winners in each category. There is a discounted entry fee for family teams and under-19 entrants.

The 30th annual David M. Petrin Alumni Hockey Game will be held Saturday, Feb. 18 at 4 p.m. at Collins-Moylan Arena in Greenfield. The game will feature Greenfield High School and Green Wave alumni.
All GHS and Green Wave hockey alumni are welcome to play, with roster spots still available. Rosters are limited to 30 skaters and two goalies. Interested alumni should call Larry Petrin (413-773-9250) and leave their name, telephone number and year of graduation.
