Bulletin Board: Demers, Morin shoot top point quota in Knights of Columbus League

Rusty Demers and Ken Morin tied for the top point quota of plus-6 in the Knights of Columbus League at Thomas Memorial this past week. 

Art Girard won closest to the pin on No. 7 (1 foot, 1 inch) and Joe Richotte on No. 9 (10-8). John O’Riley and Mike Waterman won skins while Joe Niedbala shot the low gross of 37. 

Timmons-Messer League

Rich Card and Norm LaCoy shot the low gross of 35 in the Timmons-Messer League at Northfield Golf Club on Wednesday. 

Andy Chartier and Abe VanSteenberg took second (37). Dan Grybko and Fran O’Neil shot the low net (26) followed by Jack Letourneau and Andy Helgerson (27). 

Jeff  Seymour won closest to the pin on No. 6 (11-11) while Lloyd Grover won it on No. 7 (4-2). Curt White and Andy Sena were the match medalists with a 38.
