Bulletin board: Dave Reading, Meghan Huber claim Greenfield Tennis Cup titles

It was another successful Greenfield Tennis Cup, as the event, sponsored by The Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters and The Greenfield Tennis Association, was held on Saturday at the Beacon Clay Courts.
Dave Reading won the men's division title with 17 games won, while Brian Lempel came in second place, also winning 17 games. Reading beat Lempel head-to-head to secure the title.
In the women's division, Meghan Huber won the championship with 12 victories. There was a three-way tie for second place, and Linda Quain won the tiebreaker against Francie Garanin and Genni Garanin.
CCG Friday Night Mixer
Roy and TC Emerson fired the low gross of 35 at the Country Club of Greenfield’s Friday Night Mixer.
John and Teresa Varner were second with a 36.
Low net went to Mike Covey and Diane Carme (33), followed by Anthony Wonseski and Elizabeth Dolby (34).
