Just thinking: I see that the DPU wants the utility companies to slash costs by 5%. On a $300 bill that would be $15. Big deal. Almost the price of a dozen eggs.

If our lawmakers and the DPU commissioners are serious about helping residents lower their utility bills, then lower them by $100 for the month of March and April. They can afford it.
