Dear Readers,

I understand that our recent challenges with production and delivery of the Athol Daily News have affected many of you. Problems with print quality, delivery to your home and the availability of the paper for sale at your local store have impacted too many of you for far too long.

We’ve heard you and we’re doing something about it. Effective Monday, April 14, we are moving the printing of the Daily News to a new location where we expect improved print quality and on-time production, which is absolutely critical to ensure on-time delivery to your home and local stores.

Although we expect far better quality and delivery performance as a result of this change, we know that it will not happen instantly. Please bear with us as we navigate this transition in the days ahead.

Remember that unlimited access to atholdailynews.com as well as the digital edition of each day’s paper, available at 6 a.m., is included with your subscription to the Daily News.

Thank you for your continued support of the Athol Daily News.
