FERC has released the Final Environmental Impact Statement for the Turners Falls Dam and Northfield Mountain Pumped Storage Station, authorizing the relicensing of the two FirstLight Hydro Generating Co. projects with added staff recommendations to protect and enhance fish and wildlife resources, recreation, aesthetics and cultural resources.
