State Auditor Diana DiZoglio has released an audit of the Veterans Home at Holyoke and the Veterans Home at Chelsea, which identified several issues, including a lack of simulated emergency drills and not posting emergency operation plans, and has requested more records related to the deaths of at least 76 veterans during the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020.
