5 a.m. – Hazard reported on Tully Road. Two vehicles parked behind business. Sent on their way.

5:44 a.m. – Alarm went off on East Main Street. Building was secure.

6:05 a.m. – Alarm went off accidently at high school. Alarm company was called.

9:25 a.m. – Fire reported on New Athol Road. Vehicle in travel lane. On arrival fire was out and vehicle was in private driveway.

9:45 a.m. – Animal complaint at North Quabbin Dog Park. Report of previous dog bite.

12:46 p.m. – Motor vehicle stop on East Main Street. Expired inspection sticker.

12:55 p.m. – Motor vehicle stop on East Main Street. Not inspected.

1:05 p.m. – Motor vehicle stop on East Main Street. Failed inspection.

1:15 p.m. – Police assisted motorist on West Main Street.

3:15 p.m. – Shoplifting reported on East Main Street Subject identified and taken from property.

3:39 p.m. – Motor vehicle stop on South Main Street. Loud exhaust. Warning given.

3:46 p.m. – Alarm went off on Jasmine Road. Response cancelled.

4:32 p.m. – Officer wanted on Cheney Street. Harassment. No answer at door.

5:23 p.m. – Threat made on East Main Street. Area searched; nothing found.

5:31 p.m. – Accident with property damage on Fryeville Road.

7:49 p.m. – Police assisted another department.

9:49 p.m. – Police assisted another department on Lakewood Avenue.

11:23 p.m. – Disturbance reported on East River Street. Noise. Police spoke to individual who said he will try to keep it down.

Tuesday, March 6

7:02 a.m. – Medical emergency, East River Street.

8:52 a.m. – Information provided to bank regarding a vehicle that was left at one of their foreclosure properties.

10:08 a.m. – Caller reports property damage at Chestnut Hill location in Orange. Sometime on or about June 20, 2014 kitchen cabinets, drywall and bathroom were damaged. Copper pipes were stolen.

10:41 a.m. – As a result of an ongoing investigation involving Grand Jury, a charge will be requested in District Court in regard to a 35-year-old subject committing an unnatural act with a child under the age of 16, East River Street. Summons applied for.

12:31 p.m. – Caller requests check on his father, Cheney Street, as he has not answered his phone for the past 12 hours and has medical issues. Checked; all ok.

2:05 p.m. – Request for officer, South Main Street. Mahar caller stating there is a possibility of a fight after school involving two known subjects. Area monitored. No issues found.

3:10 p.m. – Hang up 911 call from West Main Street business investigated. Officers spoke with employee and found it was accidental.

7:27 p.m. – Athol Police Department requested a K9 deployment to assist with a home invasion that occured in their town. Assistance provided.

11:19 p.m. – Vehicle stopped for not having lights on. Verbal warning issued.

Wednesday, March 7

12:07 a.m. – Police stopped vehicle for marked lanes violation on East Main Street. Operator taken into custody. Arrested Renee A. Pelc, 47, or Keene, NH, and charged with operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, subsequent offense; marked lanes violation.

2:15 a.m. – Cheney Street 911 caller reports his friend won’t go to bed and that they are all ETOH. They then stated they didn’t need the police and hung up the phone. Upon arrival spoke to parties who stated they never called 911 and there were no issues.

2:39 a.m. – Vehicle stopped on East Main Street for defective plate lights. Owner issued verbal warning.

5:20 a.m. – Medical emergency, New Athol Road.

6 a.m. – Control received call from an East Main Street worker who advised he saw a vehicle riding on two flat tires going approximately five miles per hour. Officer made contact with the vehicle in question and it was determined that the male operator had a warrant for his arrest. Arrested Justin Breitung, 29, of Marble Street, Athol on warrant.
