3:50 p.m. — Walk-in. Male believes another male is assaulting his son, Lake Street.
3:57 p.m. — Alarm, Pleasant Street. Second floor, multiple areas. Officer checked all windows and doors which were secure. No signs of forced entry.
4:45 p.m. — Walk-in. Public records request.
4:53 p.m. — Calling DCF.
7:22 p.m. — Follow-up investigation.
7:45 p.m. — Found set of keys on ground, Main Street.
8:10 p.m. — Keys returned to owner, Main Street.
9:05 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Main Street.
10:16 p.m. — 911 call, possible disturbance, South Street. Units out, Allen St. Orange K9 en route to scene. Checking the Eagles Club. Male party left prior to arrival. Located at his house by Orange PD.
7:39 a.m. — Caller from Springfield reports her cousin is in an abusive relationship that seems to be escalating, Marble Street. The reporting party will be coming from Springfield to get her from Athol and take her away.
Reporting party called back to state that the woman says her husband is now walking around the apartment with a knife, cutting up her clothes. Female party stated to officers that she found out her husband was cheating on her the day before so she started cutting up his clothes. Both parties were arguing the next day and he grabbed a knife and cut up her clothing while their daughter was home. When officers arrived, the male party was gone from the house.
Officers advised female party that if she wanted to seek an emergency restraining order against him she could go to the Orange District Court to speak with a Judge.
8:03 a.m. — Reporting party calling to speak with an officer regarding male party not giving her back her son’s ashes, which belong to her granddaughter that she has custody of, Exchange Street.
8:41 a.m. — Barking dog complaint, Leonard Street.
8:43 a.m. — 911 hang-up call received from AHS, Main Street. Upon callback, secretary confirmed a student was using the phone and dialed 9 then 1 to get an outside line.
9:04 a.m. — Motor vehicle stop, South Main Street.
12:16 p.m. — DCF requesting responses and info, Lake Street. Faxed info to them.
12:30 p.m. — DCF request for info, Sanders Street. There were no CFS back to Oct. 2017. Notified via voice mail.
12:39 p.m. — Party calling to report sewage backing up into her house, Main Street. Water department advised.
12:56 p.m. — Caller reporting someone inside a vacant house, Prospect Street. Party was assisting realtor with keys.
1:10 p.m. — Walk-in to station for sex offender registration, Crescent Street. Photo taken.
1:28 p.m. — School Resource Officer is assisting at ACES, Pleasant Street.
1:29 p.m. — Walk-in to station for sex offender registration, Millers River Drive. Photo taken.
1:47 p.m. — Filing a 51A with DCF. Attempted to call the DCF services in Greenfield but was told that no one was available at the moment and would call back. Attempted to contact the DCF hotline, was told they couldn’t help until after hours.
2:07 p.m. — Caller reports stolen property has happened over the past couple of nights and would like to speak with an officer, Chestnut Hill Avenue.
2:08 p.m. — Motor vehicle crash, Main Street.
3:27 p.m. — Walk-in. Received no trespass order from constable. Notice entered into log book.
3:50 p.m. — Walk-in. Finger printing.
6:32 p.m. — DCF requesting response for past six months.
6:42 p.m. — Assisting Templeton, Gage Road.
8:21 p.m. — Assisting Gardner, Laurel Street. Gardner PD called and asked that an officer respond to Laurel Street. and identify if subject is living there. Info obtained and passed on.
8:31 p.m. — Caller states her vehicle was struck in parking lot, Main Street. Vehicle was struck during the time she was at work. Minimal damage to front end. Officer discovered the store did not have cameras on its exterior and the other vehicle involved is unknown at this time.
9:26 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Main and Freedom streets. Warning issued for defective equipment, headlight out.
10:53 p.m. — Disabled vehicle, Main Street. Vehicle is broken down and will be here for the night.
1:18 a.m. — House checks, Newton Street. No problems found.
2:00 a.m. — House checks, Old Keene Road. Property secure.
2:40 a.m. — House checks, Franklin Street. Property secure.
3:46 a.m. — House checks, Lenox Street. No problems found.
4 a.m. — House checks, Pinedale Avenue. No problems found.
5:58 a.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Main Street. Citation issued for operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Vehicle towed.
