PHILLIPSTON — Funeral services for Alphonse W. Chartier were held Thursday, March 15, 2018 in the Phillipston Congregational Church, Phillipston. Rev. Stephanie Flynn, Pastor officiated. Jane French was the organist. Son Ed Chartier shared words of remembrance. Burial followed in Gethsemane Cemetery, Athol. Bearers were: Ed Chartier, Michael Ostrom, Steven LaFortune, Sheila LaFortune, Dylan Chartier, Felicia Plastini, Lorraine Rushford, Pamela Salmi, Angela Riel.
