OLYMPIA, Wash. — Debra Jean (Masiello) Fredette, 56, passed away after a valiant battle with cancer at 2:08 a.m. on March 9, 2018, in Olympia, WA, her home of 10 years. She was born January 5, 1962 to Anthony L. and Beverly J. (Wilson) Masiello in Athol, MA. She attended Athol schools, graduating from Dunedin, Florida High School with the class of 1980.

She is survived by her loving husband, Michael Fredette, whom she married August 6, 2009; father, Anthony L. Masiello of Clearwater, FL; sister, Diane M. Masiello of Smyrna, TN; daughter, Rina Fryman of Murfreesboro, TN; and a large extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was an outdoor enthusiast, enjoyed painting, sculpting, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. She collaborated with her husband, Michael, on several creative endeavors, including design, planning and execution of many remodel and home improvement projects for themselves as well as many friends. Debra was a visionary on many levels, and used those talents to help others in many ways. She loved all animals and was an avid supporter of pet rescue.

A Celebration of Life will be scheduled for a later date.
