ATHOL — The Athol boys volleyball team bounced back from a loss to beat East Longmeadow, 3-2, on Tuesday.
In a match that lasted two hours and 22 minutes, the Red Raiders (9-4) took Game 1, 32-30, Game 3, 25-22, and Game 5, 17-15.
The Red Raiders fought off match point at 14-13 in the final game.
East Longmeadow took Game 2, 25-21, and Game 4, 25-19.
Every player on the roster played for the Red Raiders. Justin Blake (28 kills, three aces), Jordan Carrasquillo (11 kills, four aces) and Colby Soltysik (53 assists) led Athol.
The Red Raiders had 60 kills in the win.
