ATHOL — The Athol-Royalston Middle School softball team continued to dominate on Wednesday, defeating Turners Falls Middle School, 14-1 in five innings.
ARMS received runs from nine players in the win.
Kristinna Sigurdsson scored two runs and hit an inside-the-park grand slam for ARMS. She also pitched five innings and struck out nine.
Reily Polana went 1-for-2 with two walks and two runs. Kendall Deleo went 1-for-3 with two runs and one walk. Sam Kenniff scored one run on one walk. Emma Bacigalupo went 3-for-3 with three runs and two stolen bases. Kaylie Leblanc, Abby Kirwin, Christa Cucchi and Angie Dunn all scored one run.
