The U.S. Postal Service will issue a forever first-class mail stamp on Wednesday honoring Sally Ride, the first American woman astronaut.

There will be 20 of the self-adhesives in each pane of these stamps, which feature a portrait of Ride. La Jolla, Calif., is the first-day city for this issue.

The coin show, usually held on the fourth Sunday of the month at Devens, will resume in June. A new outdoor flea market has opened on Route 119 in Hinsdale, N.H.

It runs on Saturdays and Sundays, and is located across the street from the Walmart store.

The U.S. Mint will begin taking orders for the burnished uncirculated version of the silver 1-ounce American Eagle coin on May 24.

This will be sold encapsulated in a small cardboard box at a premium over its silver value.

To order coins from the U.S. Mint, visit www.usmint.gov, or call 800-872-6468.
