Bella Marigliano played one of her better games of the season for the Mahar field hockey team in a 4-0 loss to Quaboag, Thursday afternoon in Orange.

Marigliano kept the Senators (9-6-3) close throughout with 15 saves.

It was Mahar’s final game of the regular season.

Murdock 1, Athol 0 — Ryley Pond played her last game for the Red Raiders in a home loss.

Pond made six saves.

Athol (1-15-2) had seven corners to Murdock’s three.

Girls soccer

Easthampton 2, Mahar 1 — Emma Savoy scored on a direct kick early, but the Senators did not find the net again in a road loss to the Eagles.

Marie Nottleson made three saves for Mahar (14-3 9-2 Pioneer North).

Volleyball

Mahar 3, Athol 0 — In Athol’s final match of the season on Tuesday, junior Alexis Carrasquillo hit the 100 kill mark for the season.
