Letter to the Editor:

I read last week of coming changes to the print edition of the Athol Daily News. While I don’t like the delivery change I understand the reasons for it and it does make sense. I hope it works. On the other hand, I don’t like the elimination of the print edition on Mondays and Tuesdays. Not everyone has access to a computer or may know how to use it. Also many elderly people look forward to reading a newspaper especially those in rest or nursing homes. Now they may not have this.

Many readers also look forward to doing the daily puzzles which will now be eliminated. I hope you will rethink the elimination of the print edition of the newspaper. I am seriously re-considering continuing my subscription to the paper. I can get most of of the local news from the Greenfield Recorder and have a print edition. As it is, many stories are duplicated in both papers.
