ORANGE – The Community Church of North Orange & Tully will hold its annual Holly Fair on Saturday, Nov. 24 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The main floor, which is handicap accessible, will feature a cookie walk, homemade candy, a gift card raffle, and a “silent auction” for a large fish tank. There will be a snack bar with sandwiches, chowder, soda, and coffee.
Upstairs, children will be especially delighted to meet Santa, who will arrive with bells jingling at 11 a.m. and stay until 12:30 p.m. Bring your own camera to take a picture of your child with Santa.
A major feature in recent years is the center table “coffee can” raffle. Tickets are $3 for a sheet of 20 tickets, with many prizes to be won. In addition, there will be a Pop-A-Win game in which a balloon is purchased for $1. When the balloon is popped, the number inside is matched to a prize with that same number.
There will be Christmas decorations, partridge berry bowls, handmade items, and homemade candy and jam. The church is located at the corner of 48 Main St. and Creamery Hill Road in North Orange.
