The Mahar wrestling team finished sixth out of 14 teams at the Phil Tomkiel Holiday Tournament in Agawam on Saturday.

The Senators had 110 points overall. Tri-County Regional came away with the team win with 234 points.

Sayyid Roberts won a 13-12 decision in the 95-pound weight class over Agawam’s Nick Ugolino for the lone first-place finish for Mahar.

Henry Ndayisaba placed second at 145 along with Todd Chiasson, who was runner-up at 160.

Ndayisaba lost to Jalen Rogers of Sabis International, 12-4.

Chiasson lost to Harrison Mendrala of Agawam (17-1, 2:57).

Indoor Track

Grace Dufour placed 28th (3:38.94) out 72 runners in the 1,000-meter run for the Athol indoor track team at the Distance Classic at the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston on Saturday.

Shelby Mailloux placed 60th (3:49.33).

The 4×800 relay team consisting of Anthony Marcucci, Mason Barrieau, Colby Soltysik and Dennis St. Jean finished sixth (9:05.29) out of 22 schools and qualified for the Division 5 state championships.
