10:53 a.m. — Initiated motor vehicle stop, Main Street. Lacee Gail Shaw, 27, 159 Riverbend St., Athol, was arrested on a straight warrant from Winchendon District Court..
11:54 a.m. — Party reports smelling smoke in area, Freedom Street. Nothing visible. Area checked, nothing out of the norm located.

12:58 p.m. — Female complaining about a construction vehicle parked in handicap spot, Main Street. Spoke with YMCA; will advise them to move vehicle if parked in handicap spot.
1:43 p.m. — Ambulance to Chestnut Street for party who fell.
1:55 p.m. — Officer stopped a motor vehicle on South Street for having an unsafe load bungee-corded to his roof and no visibility out rear windows. Cited for impeded operation and no inspection.
3:18 p.m. — Ambulance responded to Main Street for male party that slipped on ice.
3:39 p.m. — Party reporting vehicle passed the bus when the lights were flashing, Brookside Road. Officer spoke with owner of vehicle.
4:06 p.m. — Catholic Charities requests welfare check, School Street. Athol Fire Department stated the male party had been transported from in front of CVS.
4:21 p.m. — Minor motor vehicle accident, Main Street involving a vehicle operated by Floyd R. Fifield Jr, Chestnut Street, Athol. A vehicle bumped a vehicle in front of it and the vehicle that was hit continued driving when the other vehicle pulled over.
5:13 p.m. — Motorist stopped, Main and Grove streets. Warning for impeded operation (cell).
5:32 p.m. — Suspicious vehicle, Silver Lake Park. Officer located two vehicles on the Lincoln Street side of the lake. One of the vehicles had both parties in it. They stated they were talking and would be leaving soon.

6:05 p.m. — Vehicle stopped, South Main Street. Verbal warning for no headlights; citation for failed inspection.
6:16 p.m. — Vehicle stopped, Main Street; warning for number plate light.
6:22 p.m. — Vehicle stopped, Exchange Street. Warning for right on red when WALK sign on, marked lanes, and registration sticker. Operator has proof of renewal on phone. No new registration in hand.

7:39 p.m. — Laurel Street caller states her roommates are trying to kick her out. Advised party that she is a tenant and to go to court if problem continues.

2:08 a.m. — Vehicle stopped West Royalston Road. Warning for speeding.
2:43 a.m. — State Police requesting ambulance for male party that is intoxicated, Main Street. Transported to Athol Hospital.
6:02 a.m. — Winter parking ban violations issued on Park Street, Wellington Street (2), Lincoln Street, Lincoln Avenue, Lake Street.
7:23 a.m. — Party from electronic monitoring would like officer to make contact with male party on Woodland Drive and let hi know he needs to call them. Message delivered.
7:29 a.m. — Suspicious person, Main Street. Bank manager reporting suspicious male standing outside of bank. Gone on arrival. Located party walking who states she was waiting for bank to open but will return later.
9:15 a.m. — Ambulance responded to West Royalston Road.
11:34 a.m. — Ambulance to Daniel Shays Highway for 82-year-old male.
11:45 a.m. — Caller reporting there are vehicles parked illegally on Main and Traverse streets. No violations on arrival.
12:29 p.m. — Officer advised someone waved him down about a vehicle blocking the road, Taylor Street. Unable to locate an owner; vehicle towed.
1:01 p.m. — Suspicious person, Prospect and Hapgood streets. Thought to be in connection with previous call; found to be unrelated.
1:32 p.m. — Ambulance to Pleasant Street for 38-year-old female who is unresponsive and breathing. Party alert upon arrival.
1:59 p.m. — Walk in party requested to speak with officer about a text message he received. Options given.
2:12 p.m. — Welfare check requested for male party that was slumped in his seat and is moving around more. Female was concerned. Found subject who states he was waiting for his wife.
3:31 p.m. — Assisted citizen, Wallingford Avenue. Information relayed.
4:35 p.m. — Vehicle stopped, South Main Street. Registration renewed roadside.
6:20 p.m. — Vehicle stopped, Main Street. Written warning for headlight violation.
7:07 p.m. — Vehicle stopped, Main Street. Citation issued for failure to inspect and defective headlight.
7:37 p.m. — Female party dropping off a checkbook she found in Gardner. Called Gardner; they are going to try and make contact with the male party.
9:36 p.m. — Disturbance, Sanders Street. Multiple calls on business line and 911 calls for an intoxicated male party who is screaming about fighting people and yelling about a gun. State Police advising they were also sending two units. Athol officer has one under arrest. Robert C. MacKenzie, 29, of 68 Hapgood St., Athol was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
10:27 p.m. — 911 for 40-year-old male who believes he has a broken toe and would like to go to the hospital, Gibson Drive.
11:16 p.m. — Caller reporting two parties stole items and left, Main street. Officer spoke with store clerk who stated he didn’t see the two suspects take anything from the store. A customer heard the two suspects talking about stealing from the store.Incident under investigation; store manager advised to view store security video.
11:53 p.m. — Party calling stating someone backed up into her car, Ridge Road. Vehicle owned by Jessica L. McGivern, Ridge Road, Athol. Report taken.
