9:12 p.m. — Abandoned 911 call, Chestnut Street. Upon redial it went straight to voice mail. Concluded it was a problem with the phone.
11:30 p.m. — Party reporting neighbors have been stealing property and she reported it to the landlord and she is worried, Pleasant Street. Officer spoke with reporting party regarding a past issue; subject said she was unable to lock the door to her room; advised to contact the landlord.
1:06 a.m. — Motorist stopped, Main and Exchange Street. Vehicle operating without headlights on. Operator spoken with. Lights turned on and sent on way.
3:23 a.m. — Parking violation, Wellington Street. Contact made with party to move his vehicle for the plows.
3:33 p.m — Parking violation, Lake Street. Officer attempted to locate owner to move vehicle, no contact. Two winter ban violations issued.
3:37 p.m. — Two winter parking ban violations issued, Main Street.
4:18 a.m. — Disabled vehicle. Officer stood by until operator could straighten out his vehicle, Main and School streets.
5:42 a.m. — Motor vehicle crash, Exchange Street. One vehicle. Details not available.
5:46 a.m. — Caller reporting a person has been missing since Friday, Main street. Officer determined that the party was arrested this weekend and held.
