ATHOL — The Athol Public Library will host Quabbin Quills for their second book launch on Tuesday, May 21, from 6-7:30 p.m. at 568 Main St.
Local nonprofit Quabbin Quills releases their second anthology “Mountains and Meditations,” an all new collection featuring more than 50 pieces from writers living in and around the Quabbin area. Proceeds from the book will go toward future publications and the creation of a scholarship fund for college-bound students interested in writing.
This program is supported in part by grants from the Barre, Hardwick-New Braintree, New Salem, Orange, and Warwick Cultural Councils, which are supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
