Brody Whittle, Chase Green, and Riggins Kopcza all scored touchdowns, lifting Frontier over Warren-West Brookfield, 20-0, in Suburban League PeeWee Football action over the weekend.
Ty Skroski added a two-point conversion in the victory for Frontier.
Defensively, Kodey Camp led the way with four sacks, two fumble recoveries and five tackles. Jaiden LaPointe had an interception and Konnor James added a tackle.
CCG Women’s 18 hole
Teresa Varner had the top gross score of 32 in the A Flight in a Best 5 even holes, Best 4 odd holes game in the Women’s 18 Hole Group at the Country Club of Greenfield, Tuesday.
Ann McHugh had the top net score of 28.
In the B Flight, Kathy Nicoll had the best gross score of 39 and Irene Woods had the top net score of 25.
Edge Hill
Jeff Carantit and Mark Graves each shot a plus-5, which was the top point quota in the A-Division of the Edge Hill Men’s League at the Edge Hill Golf Course, Tuesday.
Graves had the low net score of 38 while Carantit had the low net score of 31. Graves won closest to the pin on No. 8 (six feet, four inches).
In the B-Division, Junior Rivera’s plus-7 was the top point quota. Paul Champigny had the low gross score of 44 and Ship Heddens had the low net score of 35.
Matt’s Men’s League
The low net score for the day was a 31 by Don Mailloux in Matt’s Men’s League competition at Thomas Memorial Golf & Country Club in Turners Falls on Tuesday.
George Handschuh shot a 35 (low gross).
Charlie McCracken and Jon Snow were closest to the pin.
Mailloux and Zack Little had the most points this week with 6½ each.
Russ and Rick Kimball (second-half champions) will play an 18-hole playoff match against the first half champions John Passiglia and Alfie Mitchell.
