ATHOL — The Athol Public Library welcomes Agawam Paranormal, who will present a program titled “Ghostology 201: The Darker Side of the Paranormal,” on Tuesday, Oct. 8, from 6:30-7:45 p.m.
This program discusses topics such as demons, angels, necromancy, exorcism, and possession. While it is believed that only a small percentage of paranormal activity is caused by demons or the like, it is undeniably a popular topic with today’s public. The program includes a small hands-on experience with some of the tools the group uses in their investigations.
Agawam Paranormal is a team that conducts investigations for both commercial and residential sites that have suspected paranormal activity. Rob Goff, the director of Agawam Paranormal, has been involved with paranormal investigations and study for more than 25 years. He takes a scientific approach to his investigations. Light refreshments are generously funded by the Friends of the Athol Public Library.
