2:59 p.m. — Requesting National Grid be contacted in regards to wire across driveway, Tom Swamp Road. Caller had recent surgery and caregivers are unable to get in driveway. National Grid was contacted and will dispatch a priority response.
6:13 p.m. — Report of tree on wires on the road to Athol.

10:02 p.m. — Caller reporting that part of his house has power and part does not, Nichewaug Road. He smelled smoke earlier and found a technology box/wire melted. Fire department to investigate. Issue with service line and a surge protector.

11:48 a.m. — Medical emergency, South Street. 93-year-old male accidentally fell from standing position. Head/eye laceration.
3:12 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, North Main Street. Citation issued.
Monday, Oct. 21
8:31 a.m. — Welfare check, Spring Street. Caller hasn’t heard from him since yesterday. He was supposed to call her back yesterday to confirm if he had heat at his house. Officer made contact, phone is not working, will purchase a new charger.
