The U.S. Postal Service will release a self-adhesive forever first class rate stamp on Jan. 30 in the Black Heritage Series. This will honor the late television news woman Gwen Ifill.
This stamp will be issued in panes of 20, with Washington, D.C. being the official first day city.
The coin show normally held at Devens on the fourth Sunday of the month will resume in February.

On Jan. 30, the U.S. Mint will begin accepting orders for its one ounce platinum Preamble to the Declaration of Independence coin. This will feature an image of a woman representing abundance with a young girl playing next to her.
