7:28 a.m. — Caller reporting the road sank beneath him and vehicle was stuck but he was able to get out, McGregor Street. Truck sank into the unpaved portion of the road and ground is very soft due to the freeze/thaw and rain. While driver was attempting to leave McGregor Street, he was forced into a three-point turn that caused him to go up on the lawn. Operator has contacted his company and will be making arrangements to fix the lawn. DPW notified and on scene to fix the road.

7:35 a.m. — Caller reporting a disabled motor vehicle that is causing a traffic issue, Main Street.

9:51 a.m. — Caller reporting a male going around asking for money, Main Street. Subject is making staff feel uneasy when leaving for the night. Advised that an officer could stand by at 5 p.m. when closing, if available.

10 a.m. — Caller reporting he is stuck and can’t get around cars parked around the corners, Brattle Street and Chestnut Hill Avenue. Officer spoke with reporting party who is no longer stuck but states vehicles park on both sides of the road causing an issue with traffic.

10:24 a.m. — Caller reporting he received a text message last night from a number and in the text it was just his address, High Knob Road. When asked who it was, they sent weird emojis to him. Party called back, he realized it was his old neighbor, no longer needs a call back.

10:27 a.m. — Officer requesting an ambulance for a medical emergency, Cottage Street.

10:48 a.m. — Probation calling in regards to a previous house visit where there was believed to be a properly stored firearm but wanted to make sure party had FID, Cooke Place.

11:22 a.m. — Caller states a residence has trash all over the yard and it’s blowing down the hill into other people’s yards and the roadway, Congress Street. Also states the dogs go to the bathroom in other people’s yards as well as across the street and at the playground and they do not pick it up. Reporting party was advised to contact ACO/BOH.

11:24 a.m. — Party in the lobby to speak to an officer to get options about a female that keeps staying at her house but is not on the lease, Crescent Street.

11:38 a.m. — Caller states she went to take the trash out and found a long knife that was under the snow, South Street. States it is not hers and is concerned. Item secured and placed into property.

12:21 p.m. — Motor vehicle accident, Lake and Crescent streets.

2:05 p.m. — Staff at ACES request PD standby for a father picking up his child, Pleasant Street. Previous issues with father. No officers available. Spoke with them over the phone while father was there. No issues and no police response needed.

2:15 p.m. — Caller requesting an ambulance for a female party in her 80s with difficulty breathing, Freedom Street. Reporting party not with patient, no further information. Transported to hospital.
