12:32 a.m. — Officer observed activity at the DPW barn, Unity Avenue. All was secure. Found to be two DPW workers on the property.
2:11 a.m. — 911 caller requesting help and was not making much sense, South Main Street. Male party claims to have a screw driver. All units advised. Officers off with male party. Officer provided courtesy transport back to center of town.
2:46 a.m. — Officer off with a subject, Main Street and Chestnut Hill Avenue. Party stated he was just out for a walk. All appeared in order.
10:58 a.m. — Officer found property, Twichell Street. Red backpack with assorted kitchen knives.
1:17 p.m. — Party calling for friends reporting that a male party is refusing to leave and the owners are changing the locks, Main Street.
1:21 p.m. — Caller would like to speak to an officer about property that may have been thrown away by someone else, Warwick Avenue.
1:22 p.m. — Officer reporting an accident between a tractor trailer unit and a vehicle, Main Street.
2:07 p.m. — Caller reporting unauthorized charges on 97-year-old father’s credit card, Coolidge Street. Subject to provide credit card statements of illegal transactions. Once provided, officer will review film at those locations.
5:07 p.m. — Male party calling stating that he hasn’t received a text back from his girlfriend in a day and wants a welfare check, Daniel Shays Highway. Reporting party doesn’t know the female’s address. Per officer, female party’s vehicle is in the parking lot. Officer made contact with the female party and will be contacting the reporting party.
6:01 p.m. — Officer requesting another officer for a male that threw a gas can, Main Street. Male party stated he located a five-gallon gas can on the side of the road and was hiding it so he could come back later and pick it up once his ride was in town.
6:36 p.m. — Caller reporting someone called him accusing him of scam-calling him, Exchange Street. Officer left message for number involved. Male party returned officer’s call.
7:16 p.m. — Caller requesting a welfare check on a party who every time he tries to call the phone is on a busy tone, Harvard Avenue. Phone has a busy tone, officer to check residence. Made contact, subject is fine. Phone left off the hook by accident.
8:37 p.m. — Officer out with a suspicious vehicle at Adams Farm with one occupant, Bearsden Road. Male party was picking up his brother from work, all is well.
9:45 p.m. — Male party outside of the station to speak with an officer regarding his neighbor’s light that shines into his yard, Hapgood Street.
10:39 p.m. — Judge Baker Children’s Hotline requesting a welfare check, Sanders Street. They received an anonymous call reporting there is a child in the home they would like checked. Negative contact.
11:27 p.m. — Officer conducting follow-up investigation, Sanders Street. No issues, party appeared clean and well cared for.
