5:55 a.m. — Female party calling to report what she believes is her upstairs neighbors pouring milk through a hole in the floor into her apartment, School Street. Officer observed milk in a trash can and water on the floor of the apartment. The ceiling tiles were torn out and the reporting party stated there was a hole to the second floor. Officer did not observe any wetness coming from the hole.

9:12 a.m. — Caller reporting a tenant issue, Fairview Avenue. Female living with the lady she takes care of moved into her granddaughter’s room and is not on the rental agreement. Tenant called to speak with officer regarding an issue she is having with her manager. Spoke with all parties.

9:53 a.m. — 911 call for a hit and run accident with no injuries, Templeton and South Royalston roads. Plastic piece popped off rear bumper, same popped back on. Other vehicle described as an older model small white pickup truck with red stripe on the sides. Older male party driving. Officers will be on the lookout for the involved vehicle.

10:22 a.m. — Report of a motor vehicle accident, Main Street. Jaden P. LeBlanc, of Athol, was given a verbal warning for failure to use care in stopping. Heavy damage to front left of LeBlanc’s vehicle. The vehicle owned and operated by Matthew Earton Nelson, of Athol, had damage to the right rear bumper and exhaust.

10:58 a.m. — Caller would like to speak to an officer about getting an HPO, Brown Street. Spoke with both parties. Advised to stay away. He states he will not call any further.

12:44 p.m. — Caller requesting a welfare check on wife who has not been heard from since 1:30 a.m., Main Street. Officer spoke with party involved. She is fine, just choosing not to contact husband.

12:56 p.m. — 911 call for an unwanted male party causing a scene and refusing to leave, West Royalston Road. Gone on arrival. Spoke with all parties. Advised a no trespass order would be appropriate.

1:18 p.m. — Ashburnham PD requesting PC to arrest male party on restraining order violation, Mystery Lane. APD officers out with Ashburnham officers. Male party in custody of Ashburnham PD.

2:21 p.m. — 911 call for a strong smell of propane, Mann Court. Not everyone out of apartment complex. Under control, ventilating.

3:04 p.m. — Party wants to speak to officer regarding a restraining order, Exchange Street. Male involved was advised of the complaint.

3:59 p.m. — Female party calling requesting a welfare check on her ex-husband who was sending her texts, Wallingford Avenue.

7:39 p.m. — Male party calling stating that the upstairs neighbor is pouring urine through a hole that is going into the downstairs apartment, School Street. Message left with the landlord regarding issue. Attempted to call other party involved and was hung up on.

8:01 p.m. — Community policing, Silver Lake Beach. Three vehicles left upon officer’s arrival. No issues.
