12:07 a.m. — Caller reporting three or four parties laying in the road, Arthur Avenue. Officer off with juveniles. Parties were laying in the middle of the roadway drawing chalk lines. Parties were driven home by officer and handed over to parents.
12:39 a.m. — Officer off with two vehicles, Main Street. Parties were night fishing, no issues or suspicious activity. Parties were advised of park hours.
3:15 a.m. — Caller reporting a male party walking in and out of the roadway asking people for money and cigarettes, Main Street. Negative contact, units will continue to be on the lookout.
8:51 a.m. — Community Health requesting a welfare check on male party, Ridge Avenue. They are on the phone with him and he is not responsive to what they are saying. Able to successfully force entry on the side door. Subject was located upstairs having a diabetic emergency.
9:28 a.m. — Officer out with a male party that appeared to be in need of assistance, Ridge Avenue. Subject belonged to a group home. In speaking with staff they stated behavior was his normal.
10:25 a.m. — Officer is investigating a larceny, Pleasant Street.
10:59 a.m. — Caller reporting she found a cement saw on the ground across the street from the hospital, Chestnut Hill Avenue. Reporting party states she will not be home until tomorrow to drop off the saw.
11:56 a.m. — Caller reporting neighbors are verbally fighting inside and outside, Ward Street.
12:46 p.m. — Caller reporting there is a boat by the road and he wasn’t sure if it was stolen or not, South Athol Road.
3:09 p.m. — Welfare check, Chestnut Street. Assisted FD.
4:30 p.m. — Daughter requesting a wellness check on her mother, Ridge Avenue. Meals on Wheels contacted the daughter stating that they didn’t make contact with that female party earlier today. Subject was located inside her residence and transported to Athol Hospital. The reporting party was advised of the outcome and will be coming to Athol to be with her mother.
