RANGE — Logan Rivers, a 35-year-old man from Orange, died in a motorcycle crash Tuesday evening, according to the Northwestern District Attorney’s Office.

The 400 block of South Main Street was closed “for an extended time” after the crash, according to a Facebook post by the Orange Fire Department. The crash occurred at approximately 9:40 p.m.

DA’s office spokesperson Laurie Loisel said Rivers was taken to Athol Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Although the incident remains under investigation, Loisel said it appears to have been a single-vehicle crash.
