1:38 p.m – Reporting party from New Sherborn Road stating house across the street has been playing music loudly all day. Would like them spoken to. Child’s birthday party, advised of the complaint.

Tuesday, Aug. 5

10:08 a.m. – Subject into station to speak with an officer about parked cars that are blocking the intersection of Park Avenue and School Street on a regular basis.

Tuesday, Aug. 12

7 a.m. – Caller reporting a vehicle that has been parked in the Lake Ellis parking area closest to the high school since early yesterday morning.  Spoke with owner of motor vehicle, states her son has the vehicle and parked it there while he is on the island on Lake Ellis. Should be returning to motor vehicle today. Provided contact information. 

10:18 a.m. – Party into station about a man and his dog becoming aggressive after he confronted the man about his dog urinating where the kids play at Silver Lake Beach. Reporting party stated he would gather vehicle information for party involved at a later date to help assist with identifying other party involved.  

Wednesday, Aug. 13

1:50 p.m. – Party into station upset with motorized scooters in the area of Main Street, almost hitting him at the library. Advised reporting party of extra patrols and that the library staff would be notified.

Monday, Aug. 18

11:15 a.m. – Reporting party came to station and requested extra patrols of his neighborhood  due to vehicles speeding up and down Twitchell Street, between Lincoln Avenue and Locke Avenue.

12:15 p.m. – Caller who did not want to give their name reported a scooter going through the red light on Exchange Street. Described the party as a white male with a black backpack and jeans. No available units at this time.

Tuesday, Aug. 19

7:39 a.m. – Officer requested for garage broken into on Everett Avenue. Garage had obvious signs of forced entry in which the lock and wood board over the door were broken off. Multiple items stolen including a red/white dirt bike. Approximate total value of items around $3,500. Male party observed during the theft and a silver truck, possibly a Dodge Dakota, was involved. Incident occurred at 10 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 18.

9:12 a.m. – Caller states large black trash bag blocking sidewalk on South Street and it has been there for over a week, but caller is unsure of what is inside and who dumped it. DPW has been informed and will go pick up. Appears to have fallen off trash truck, nothing identifiable inside.  

Wednesday, Aug. 20

7:29 a.m. – Caller states male party walking up and down Craigin Street with an orange vest taking pictures of house and gave her a weird feeling. Officers spoke to male party, he is with a power company transferring lines and poles.

2:55 p.m. – Party in to speak to an officer regarding people damaging his property. States someone put water in his tractor gas tank. Reporting party states that his small tractor and his flower bed has been vandalized. The flower bed appears to have been hit and moved somehow. The tractor has water and paint chips in the fuel tank. Reporting party believes this is being done maliciously. 

Saturday, Aug. 23

12:03 p.m. – Motor vehicle parked at the dead end area of West Chestnut Street. Motor vehicle is running with male party passed out. Reporting party states her husband went over to it and the male party is either sleeping or  “doped out.” Neither party made an attempt at waking him, or tapping on the window. Reporting party states another car pulled up which should have alerted the person in the car, but it didn’t. No  plate, make or model.  Red sedan is only description.  

4:08 p.m. – Caller reporting the package she had delivered today at 11:56 this morning was opened and items are missing from it when she just retrieved it a few minutes before calling. 

6:31 p.m. – Officer spoke with reporting party, two items from her Amazon package had been taken out. Reporting party will advise Amazon regarding delivery location. Report to be completed by officer.

4:33 p.m. – Caller requesting an officer to respond to the area of South Athol Road due to  the neighbor’s music being “stupid loud.” Second caller requesting an officer for neighbors playing music too loud. Advised of complaint. Agreed to turn music down.  

6:31 p.m. – Caller requesting a welfare check on a male who is stumbling all over the road on Partridgeville Road, wearing a back pack, white T-shirt, and black pants. Subject located in front of apartment complex. States he is there to see friends. No problems observed. 

9:15 p.m. – Female party reporting the music at the house on South Athol Road is still blaring. Officers stopped out of sight a short distance down the road, music was able to be heard for that location and could be clearly heard from the street at the front of the residence. Advised of complaint and turn/shut the music off for the night.

Monday, Aug. 25

11:03 a.m. – Female party in lobby would like to know if she can go into the house she grew up in that is now vacant. Party was advised that since they no longer reside there and does not own the property, she cannot just go on the property without getting permission from the property owner.
