The Trump administration’s firehose spray of creepy initiatives and orders doesn’t just resemble the work of tyrants, it is that work. Now comes a memorandum that calls activists and nonprofits part of a “terror network.” That describes these climate degrading moneybags and their ICE agents’ reign of terror far better than it does those speaking up against their policies.
It’s outrageous, the transparent (cynical, even boastful) efforts to intimidate said protesters and non-profits bringing attention to the officials’ power grabs and lies. Trouble is, the Trump gang can read polls. They know that, by and large, they and the corporate figures that fund them are just too weak to keep their power democratically and legitimately.
Let’s all hang together and be ready to throw them out at the first opportunity.
