As an early childhood consultant, I have the privilege of visiting and working with a wide variety of early childhood programs in both Franklin and Hampshire counties, as well as the North Quabbin region. I would love to see some of these wonderful programs highlighted in the newspaper in addition to Beacon of Light preschool, which has had photos of its students on the front page at least three times in the last six months. I am not knocking Beacon of Light, I am only asking that you please spread the wealth, and share news of some of the other high-quality early childhood programs in our area as well.
