New Fortune defeated Maniatty’s, 8-2, in a Greenfield Minor League Baseball contest on May 8. Anthony Ruggeri’s effort out of the bullpen helped fuel the victory.
Elijah Lawler, Reed Kelley and Josh James all had hits for New Fortune in the Majors Division contest. Emerson Snow and EJ Provost both had hits for Maniatty’s.
Snow flashed the leather at second base for Maniatty’s.
Gilmore & Farrell 8, Smitty’s 5 — Blake Miner had seven strikeouts in the win for Gilmore & Farrell. His outing included an immaculate first inning. Joseph Gardner and Miner each added two hits. Elias Tripp had a homer for Smitty’s. Carson White went 2-for-2 with Kaydin Snow-Rose adding a double.
Gruber & Tripp 7, Baker Financial 4 — Aidan Martin launched a two-run homer for Gruber & Tripp in the win over Baker Financial on May 10. Martin added three strikeouts in an inning of work on the mound. Emmett Lyon had two hits, with Cadence Greenlaw adding another. Liam Grant had a single with two doubles for Baker Financial, with Bo Williams adding another base knock. Ronnie Ebbighausen added three more hits in the game.
Maniatty’s 8, Gilmore & Farrell 7 — Maniatty’s edged Gilmore & Farrell on May 10. Owen Castine drove in the tying run in the bottom of the sixth and eventually scored the game-winner on a passed ball. Brock Puchalski added two hits with Ryder Arsenault adding another base knock. Toby Campbell got the win in the mound.
Adrian Lopez pitched four strong innings and hit a solo homerun in the first inning for Gilmore & Farrell. Ben Trombley went 2-for-3 in the loss.

Liberty Tax 5, Aubuchon 4 —Duncan Cairney got the win on the mound for Liberty Tax on May 7. Charlie Tyler went 2-for-3 with two RBI. Connor Trainor added another hit. Braith Brothers went 2-for-3, with Owen Little adding a hit for Aubuchon.
Fitzgerald Real Estate 7, Pioneer Valley Tire 4 — Dmitri Gioules struck out seven in the win for Fitzgerald Real Estate on May 7. Cameron Santerre had two hits with a triple. Connor Bergeron had a hit while EJ Kolosewicz flashed the leather for Pioneer Valley Tire.
Fitzgerald Real Estate 7, Lundgren Honda 3 — Malachi Hickey and Dmitri Gioules combined for 13 strikeouts in five innings of work in the win for Fitzgerald on May 10. Cameron Santerre added a triple. For Lundgren, Theodore Shulte struck out 11 and added a double at the plate.

Greenfield Garden Cinema 15, Camelot Cleaners 15 — Offense ruled the contest between the Moviegoers and the Cleaners, with the game ending in a tie. For Greenfield Garden Cinema, Makenna Ward doubled with Penelope Gioules and Lexi Priessler each adding a hit. Hayden Sadler launched a homer for the Cleaners.

Pristine Orientals 3, Perspective Learning 0 — Esme Audet went 4-for-4 in the win for Pristine Orientals on May 7. Spencer Graham added three hits. Lily Beckwith went 3-for-3 for Perspective Learning, with Natalie Belville adding two hits.
Freedom Credit Union 1, The Elks 0 —Ainsley Page knocked in the winning run in Freedom Credit Union’s win on May 7. Saylor Snow contributed a 4-for-4 day at the plate for the victors. Evie Abercrombie pitched an effective fourth inning for Freedom Credit Union. Freyjah Sigurdsson went 2-for-3 for The Elks, with Onalee Reynolds and Rylie Purington each adding a hit.
