ATHOL, MA – Karen L. Maselli, 67, of Charles Place, died on Monday evening, July 27, 2026 at University of Massachuetts Medical Center in Worcester.
Born in Athol on May 30, 1959, she was the daughter of Carlos and Barbara (Oliver) Maselli and graduated from Athol High School with the Class of 1978.
Karen had worked for Kennemetal, the N. D. Cass Company as well as MBW in Orange.
Devoted to her family, Karen was especially loving of her grandsons. Karen enjoyed doing art work and beading.
Karen is survived by her daughter, Sara Newton and her companion Michael Boudreau of Athol; her long time companion Robert Lenther of Athol; grandsons, Ryue Spencer of Athol and Baron Spencer II of Connecticut; a sister, Barbara Beach of Orange; a brother, Alfred Brunell of Athol; a niece, Carrie Ricko; and two nephews, Shane Ricko and Charlie Ricko.
