ATHOL – Two drivers were transported to Athol Hospital following a two-vehicle crash on Petersham Road.
Athol police and fire personnel were dispatched to Petersham Road on Tuesday, Aug. 11, after receiving multiple 911 calls just before 6 p.m. Upon arrival, one vehicle was seen to be on its side.
Initial reports indicate a gray 2009 Dodge Caravan collided with a black 2017 Honda CRV. Both operators were transported to Athol Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. One of the drivers was cited for failure to yield/stop.
