ORANGE, MA – Henry John Satrowsky Jr., better known as Shiner, passed away October 26, 2026 at his home after a battle with cancer he fought like the warrior that he was.
Henry was born in Montague, MA to Henry John Satrowsky Sr. and Jane Newman.
Henry proudly served in Vietnam in the United States Army.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting and trap shooting at the Orange Gun Club and also taking long rides with his wife Beverly.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife Beverly Satrowsky, and two daughters Verne Laclaire and Michelle Adams.
Henry is survived by one daughter Lynne Teague of Royalston, MA and two brothers, Ronald Satrowsky form Orange, MA and Richard Satrowsky from Orange, MA. He also is survived by three grandchildren, Whitney Gardner, Jonathan Copeta and Taylor Gardner, and great grandchildren, Landon Richards, Mason Copeta, Lincoln Copeta, Savanna Copeta, and Sadie Copeta; along with other family and friends that will miss him.
There will be no services and interment in South Cemetery, Orange, will be private.
Witty’s Funeral Home, 158 South Main Street, Orange, is assisting the family.
