9:45 a.m. — Walk-in to the station reporting she found a cell phone on Holtshire Road, East River Street. Officer was able to locate the owner and they retrieved the item from the station.
11:02 a.m. — Ongoing problem regarding harassment from the neighbors, West Myrtle Street. Reporting party states subject is yelling at the reporting party and his mother. On arrival, officers spoke with the reporting party who states that he had just finished mowing the lawn when subject started yelling comments at him for no reason. This isn’t the first time there has been a problem with subject and the reporting party advised they wanted the incident on record as they were directed to do so by the PD. They will be attempting to apply for an HPO on Monday.
2:18 p.m. — Walk-in to the station states she found a bank card while walking, East River Street. Officer contacted the owner of the card and advised her that it has been recovered. She had already canceled it and requested that it be shredded, same was done.
2:35 p.m. — Party requesting to meet an officer at Cumberland Farms, East Main Street. Same states he was assaulted again by subject at his home on East Main Street. Same is denying the need for medical attention. On arrival, the reporting party was spoken with and advised that subject had come by and busted into his apartment and threw him around in regards to his ex-girlfriend. Party was unable to provide any clear information as to why and how it happened. Subject was located and spoken with and advised party wanted him to come over so they could talk. When he got there, subject noticed his drunken state and told him to stop beating on women and turned to leave. While leaving, party tried to run up to him and that is when subject put his hand out to stop him on the stairs. Subject was advised to stay away from party in the future.
3:45 p.m. — Party advises she is cleaning out the apartment that subject used to live in and she has found a needle that she would like to have removed, Mechanic Street. The needle and some pills were disposed of.
5:30 p.m. — Control advised a report of a motor vehicle lockout, Daniel Shays Highway. Officer responded and entry gained.
7:23 p.m. — Reported verbal disturbance and possible drug deal going on in front of building, East River Street. On arrival, spoke with party who said he was across the street at the store and saw subjects having a verbal argument so he went over to pick them up. Spoke with subjects who both said they were all set. One subject said she went there to get some things from her friend. Other subject also said that subject had come out to separate subjects and the guy who lives next door started yelling over to him. Subject had already left the area. Officer will follow up with management as there is a trespass notice for a subject.
8:12 p.m. — Caller advising a bunch of males fighting, Chase Street. Report of a group of males and females yelling and screaming. Officer requesting backup. C1 and APD responding. Officer requesting units step it up, one subject tased. C1 and APD advised. APD on scene. Officer advised two in custody, transporting the parties with a C1 trooper. Party would like to have an officer come take pictures of the wounds on her. Party is declining the need for an ambulance. Ronaldo Bermudez, 36, of Chase Street, was arrested on charges of assault, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Jacklynne M. Dunn, 39 of Chase Street, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, assault and battery on police officer and disturbing the peace.
8:41 p.m. — Caller requesting to speak to an officer about the outcome of an incident that occurred earlier, East Main Street. He was advised it would be awhile as the officers were both tied up on an emergency. Attempted to call reporting party back twice, negative contact.
10:04 p.m. — Caller advising she struck a cat in front of Hunt’s Farm and it was dead on the side of the road, South Main Street. The reporting party called because she felt very badly. Same was advised it would be logged.
11:02 p.m. — ATM drive up burglar alarm activation, East Main Street. The alarm company will attempt to reach a key holder. Upon arrival, a subject was leaving the ATM. Officers approached the vehicle and advised the operator of the alarm. Operator stated he was taking money out of the ATM and provided his receipt. No issues were found with the ATM machine.
11:13 p.m. — Party advises tenants are stomping around and blaring loud music, Chase Street. Reporting party has been home for approximately 30 minutes and he’s trying to go to bed. He also states he was told these people were involved with a police incident earlier tonight, so he thinks they just got home from being arrested. Upon arrival, subjects were outside searching for their phone that they lost earlier in the evening. Phone was located and they went back into their apartment. All was quiet as officers left the residence.
