The Mahar girls middle school soccer continued its winning ways with 6-0 win at Narragansett on Friday.

Astha Bernard registered a hat trick with an assist for the Senators (7-1-1).

Cassidy Boutell scored twice in the second half, with Gabi Lyman adding another after a relentless attack on the net inside the box.

Logan Burke and Brynn Adams collected two assists each with Julia Zani adding another. Baylee Rousseau made five saves in the shutout.

Mahar 5, Greenfield 0 —  The Senators jumped on the Green Wave in the first half at home, and a came away with the win on Thursday.

Boutell scored twice in the opening minutes with Lyman and Logan Dodge also scoring in the first half. Kayley Murphy scored in the second half for Mahar. Registering assists were Bernard, Adams, Kendrah Doane, Dakota Cleveland and Gabi Lyman.

Athol 7, Eaglebrook 2 — Ben Kearney and Kyle Berthiume scored twice for the Athol boys middle school team in a win on Wednesday.

Colin Mason, Caleb LeBlanc, and Cameron Beauvais all scored their first goals of the season for the Red Raiders.

Mahar 6, Pope Francis 1 —  The Mahar girls team went to Springfield and came back with a win over the Cardinal.

Sienna Moore and Haylee Allen both scored twice for the Senators.

Emi Carfagna and Mackinley Drew also scored. Grace Rich had two assists with Haylee Allen and Maddie Blattenberger each adding a helper of their own.

Jordan Fournier got her first win in the net.

Mahar 2, Mount Greylock 1 – The Senators, despite a lack offense, beat the Mounties at home on Tuesday behind two goals by Moore. 

Moore’s goals helped the Senators erase a second half deficit.
