ATHOL — The Starrett Memorial United Methodist Church, 40 Island Street, invites the community to come and rejoice in the wonder of the Christmas season. Celebrate the fourth Sunday of Advent on Sunday, December 23. The service will begin at 10:45 a.m. Continue the excitement on Christmas Eve by joining Pastor Mary Owen for a traditional candle light service Monday, December 24, at 10 p.m.
All are welcome and the church reminds visitors to come as you are. The sanctuary is accessible, and there is parking behind the church in the Marble Street lot.
