8:50 p.m. — Pleasant Street caller reporting male and female are outside her room acting suspicious. Subject began telling officers what she had reported to the previous shift officers. States neighbors were trying to tape her door shut. No one in hallway on arrival. No sign of tape of any other adhesive on caller’s door.
9:08 p.m. — Ambulance to Ridge Road for male party who fell; lift assist only.
10:03 p.m. — Ambulance requested for 66-year-old female having mini strokes past few days, Main Street. Female party intoxicated. Assisted.
12:59 a.m. — Ambulance responded to Pleasant Street for 89-year-old who fell in the tub.
1:31 a.m. — Welfare check requested, Riverbend Street. Caller reporting friend is Q5 and sending messages that he wants to end his life. Made contact with subject who had fallen asleep.STates he was upset after having an argument with ex. Does not wish to harm himself. Officer spoke with mother.
1:54 a.m. — Warning issued to motorist stopped on Silver Lake Street for left headlight out.
2:49 a.m. — Suspicious vehicle, Market Drive, Found to be the cleaning company just arriving to clean the vents.
4:47 a.m. — Warning issued for speeding, Templeton Road.
5:04 a.m. — Warning issued for speeding, Petersham Road.
5:19 a.m — Warning issued for speeding and defective equipment, Petersham Road.
5:42 a.m. — Ambulance requested for 64-year-old who having difficulty breathing, High Knob Road.
5:52 a.m — Citation issued for speeding, Petersham Road.
7:20 a.m. — 911 misdial/hangup. Mapping in area, male and female screaming at each other. Caller hit emergency button on her watch. Officer spoke with female party walking on Chestnut Hill Avenue near Main street. Female stated she had accidentally hit the emergency button on her phone and did not require emergency assistance at the time. Female stated all was well and there were no issues. Sent on way.
8:08 a.m. — Warning issued for impeded operation, Petersham Road.
10:45 a.m. — Animal complaint. One cat and one dog picked up, Daniel Shays Highway. Tully Kennels took into custody.
11:57 a.m. — Party in lobby reporting stolen debit card, Petersham Road. Information gathered. Party provided copies of bank statement.
12:50 p.m. — Animal complaint, Anzio Road. Two dogs chained up outside; no one home. No dogs found outside.
1:08 p.m. — Ambulance responded to South Street for 33-year-old female who fell in driveway; possible broken ankle.
1:30 p.m. — Caller reporting elderly female sending texts that sound confused and disoriented; friend is unable to get in, Harrison Street. Fire department advising forced entry to gain entry. Board of health was contacted.
1:49 p.m. — Report of possible motor vehicle accident, Chase Road.
2:10 p.m. — Officers located accident. Vehicle operated by Dennis J. St. Jean, Chestnut Street, Athol, ran off road due to ice and hit rocks. No injury. Dale’s on scene prior to police arrival. Vehicle towed.
2:34 p.m. — Bank employee requesting to speak to an officer regarding a customer with an altered mental status who comes in repeatedly. Bank manager advised of her options for a no trespass letter.
4:17 p.m. — Report of parked vehicle blocking road in front of a large white house, Grove Street. No vehicles found blocking the roadway.
4:24 p.m. — Ambulance responded to Ivy Drive for party with weakness and cannot walk.
4:27 p.m. — Motor vehicle complaint. Caller states tan sedan traveling west on Main Street was all over the road. Unable to see plate number.
5:38 p.m. — Department of Children and Families requesting responses for the past year for New Sherborn Road party.
6:12 p.m. — Caller requesting welfare check on her brother. States she hasn’t heard from him all day and that is not like him, Lumber Street. Officer spoke with his wife who states he is at band practice.
6:33 p.m. — Report of suicide attempt, party took multiple medications, Tunnel Street. Officer spoke with reporting party; took several pills/medications 30 minutes prior and would like to be seen at the hospital Transported by ambulance.
8:37 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Main street. Vehicle towed for revocation of insurance.
8:51 p.m. — Caller requests welfare check on 12-year-old staying with her mother, stating the mom is drunk and arguing with her boyfriend, Marble Street.
9:52 p.m. — Officer located a party on a bicycle in the middle of the road who is crying, Exchange Street and Ridge Avenue. Stated she lost her friend and was too cold to continue walking. Provided courtesy transport to the Executive Inn in Orange. Bike stored at the Athol station.
9:54 p.m. — Suspicious person reported, North Orange Road. Caller states a male dressed in all black with a backpack walking down the middle of the road.
