WENDELL — There are seven positions without candidates on the ballot in Monday’s election, which also features no contested races.

Polls will be open from noon to 8 p.m. at the Town Offices, 9 Morse Village Road. Masks are required in the building’s public areas, such as the voting area and hallways, according to Town Clerk Anna Wetherby.

No one is running for two- and three-year seats on the Board of Assessors, a three-year position on the Board of Health, four- and five-year positions on the Planning Board, a three-year seat on the Wendell-New Salem School Committee, and a three-year spot as a library trustee.

Selectboard member Gillian Budine is running for re-election to her three-year position, as are Constable Anne Diemand-Bucci, School Committee member Beth Erviti and Library Trustee Phyllis Lawrence. All positions carry three-year terms.

Additionally, Sylvia Wetherby took out nomination papers for a three-year term as cemetery commissioner, as did Patrick Taylor for a three-year term as road commissioner.

Moderator Kathleen Nolan is running for re-election to her one-year job, as is Tree Warden Clifford Dornbusch, also with a one-year term.
